Rethinking Postpartum Care

What Patients Are Saying

“I am so grateful to have found Sara and NOLA Pelvic Health. I highly recommend them and encourage all my friends to incorporate a yearly visit as part of their general wellness! We have normalized many things as a society about women's health that aren't normal, and this is a great place to help address what is truly normal and what isn't.”

— Angela D.

“Sara is an incredible pelvic floor physical therapist. I have had some postpartum issues that I thought would never improve and she has helped me tremendously. She is so professional and a true expert in her field. I have always felt comfortable and at-ease in her care. I can’t thank her enough for helping me!”

— Vanessa B.

“Sara is an amazing pelvic floor physical therapist! I was extremely nervous and had no idea what to expect from going to pelvic floor physical therapy. Sara is personal, professional, and makes you feel at ease. She takes her time with you and works with you to make PT work for your life.”
