Condition Overview

Physical therapy can help identify any weakness you may have in your core or pelvic floor during pregnancy. This weakness can present as back or pelvic pain, incontinence, abdominal coning, or difficulty performing daily tasks. We can prescribe safe exercises for you to perform including modifications to the activities you love as well as progressions to help improve your strength and manage your symptoms as pregnancy advances.
