Hybrid/Digital Physical Therapy

At Home and Hybrid Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Best of both worlds: Clinical Expertise Meets At-Home Convenience

A lot of recovery programs fail because lift gets in the way. Our Hybrid Physical Therapy Program was designed to optimize progress and help busy individuals get the most out of their care. We combine the in-person clinical assessments with the flexibility of an at-home digital exercise regimen.

Whether you are navigating early postpartum, returning to high impact exercise, or hoping to improve your strength and endurance without pesky pelvic floor problems, you’ll have a physical therapist in your pocket every step of the way!

How our Hybrid “At-Home PT” Program Works

We are bridging the gap between your clinic visits and daily lift using the Everfit/NOLA Pelvic Health app.

  • Customized Weekly Programming: You will receive a tailored regimen of exercises, habits, and recovery guidance at least 3 days a week.

  • 24/7 Expert Access: You aren’t doing this alone. You have a direct line to your therapist to ask questions, share wins, or adjust your plan in real-time.

  • In-Person Clinical Checks: We schedule strategic in-person sessions to perform manual therapy, check your progress and ensure your mechanics are spot-on.

  • Goal-Driven Results: Every habit and movement is geared toward the specific goals you and your therapist discuss together — from pain-free, leak-free lifting to running your first postpartum 5k.

What You’ll Master in Your Recovery Blueprint

Our program goes beyond “kegels”. We teach you how to integrate your core and pelvic floor into your real life:

  • Functional Strength: Improve body mechanics for lifting car seats and baby wearing without back pain.

  • Core & Breath Coordination: Master diaphragmatic breathing and appropriate engagement to address diastasis recti and pressure

  • Scar Tissue Healing: specialized techniques to desensitize and heal cesarean and perineal scars

  • Symptom Resolution: Targeted strategies for prolapse, urinary incontinence, constipation, and DRA

  • Beginner to High-Level Return to Exercise/Sport: A structured, safe progression back to running, pilates, crossfit, and HIIT.
